for and in consideration of One dollar and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St. Joseph County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:
Lot Numbered Thirty Two (32) as shown on the recorded Plat
of Roseland Park, an Addition to the City of South Bend.
Subject to conditions, restrictions and easements affecting
said premises as the same appear of record, if any.

SS: AFFIDAVIT IN AID OF T, I TL E
Evelyn Handley, being first duly sworn upon her oath
alleges and states that she is of adult age, a resident of
St. Joseph County, Indiana, and that she makes this affidavit
in aid of title to the following described tract of real
estate in St. Joseph County, Indiana:
Lot Numbered Thirty Two (32) as shown on
the recorded Plat of Roseland Park, an
Addition i,o the City of South Bend.
Affiant states that she is the -t4r4431a�rr-i-e-d- widow of Russell
W. Handley, who appears in the chain of title as being title-
holder, with affiant, as tenants by the entireties. Affiant
further states that her husband, the aforesaid Russell W. Hand-
ley, died a resident of St. Joseph County, Indiana, on the 20th
day of July, 1968. That the said Russell W. Handley and affiant
were never divorced.
Affiant further states that she is familiar with the assets
of the estate of her husband, Russell W. Handley, including gifts
in contemplation of death and insurance, and now verifies that
the gross assets of her husbanWs estate including said gifts
in contemplation of death and insurance payable to whatsoever
persons, was not sufficient to subject the same to liability for
Federal Estate Taxes.
Further affiant saith not.
