bank out lot; thence east on the north line of said West Jefferson
Street 57.3 links; thence North 2 chains and 10 links to an alley
14 feet wide running parallel with said Jefferson Street; thence
West with said alley 57.3 links to a point 7 feet east of the
west line of said bank out lot numbered 89; thence south 2 chains
and 10 .inks to the place of beginning.
