DECLARATION OF VACATION
The Civil City of South Bend, being the owner of all of
the real property described herein, hereby vacates that part of the
recorded plat of the Town of FairView Second Addition described as,
follows, to wit:
1971.
Beginning at the northwest corner of lot 49 as shown on
the recorded plat of the Town of FaIrView, second addition in the
northeast 1/4,section 32, Township 38 north, Range 3 east. Thence
east a distance of 195 feet along the north line of lot 49 and
said north line extended east to the east line of 33rd Street,
thence south a distance of 345.9 feet along the east line of 33rd
Street to a point due east of the south line of lot 30 extended
east, thence west a distance of 195 feet along the south line of
lot 30 extended east and the south line of lot 30 to the south-
west corner of said lot 30, thence north a distance of 345.9 feet
along the west line of lots 30, 47, 48 and 49 to the point of
beginning, all being a part of the northeast 1/4, Section 32,
Township 38 north, Range 3 East, Clay Township, St. Joseph County,
Indiana.
Said description to contain lots 30, 47, 48 and 49 in the
recorded plat of the Town of Fairview 2nd Addition and also portions
of 33rd Street and Ponsha Street.
