vs. Jacob Mitschelen and Elsie E. Mitschelen, in Cause No. E-5667
in said Court, effective as of 9th December, 1970, do,hereby con-
vey to the Civil City of South Bend the fee simple title to the
following described real estate located in St. Joseph County', Indiana:
Lots No, 42, 43 and 45 in Belmont Addition,
Portage Township, St. Joseph County.
Executed at South Bend, Indiana, this day of February, 1971,
but effective as of 9th December, 1970, by the undersigned Clerk
of the St. Joseph Superior Court, pursuant to the Order of said
Court entered on the �4* day of February, 1971, in the above de-
scribed proceedings.
