The scope of work is to clear trees and brush for a new duplex unit from the City's pre -approved housing construction plans. Quotes were solicited from Tony Ruiz Construction (TRCC LLC), New Image Tree Service, and Michiana Tree Works. No quotes were received. In accordance with Indiana State Code, the project was procured in the Open Market. TRCC LLC followed up after the quote opening and was able to provide an Open Market quote in the amount of $7,800. Their quote is complete and responsive, addressing all requirements of the original quote request.
