Council President Sharon McBride called to order the Informal meeting at 6:09 p.m.
Discussion of Council Agenda
The Committee of the Whole will hear Bill No. 1 7-24 (favorable recommendation from the Zoning
and Annexation Committee) and Bill No . 21-24 (favorable recommendation from the Personnel
and Finance Committee).
The Full Council will give Bill No. 1 7-24 and Bill No . 21 -24 a third (3 rd ) reading.
The Full Council will hear Bill No. 24-10 (favorable recommendation from the Personnel and
Finance Committee), Bill No. 24-11 (favorable recommendation from the Community Investment
Committee), and Bill No. 24-12 (favorable recommendation from the Community Investment
Committee).
