Council President Sharon McBride called to order the Informal meeting at 5 :03 p.m .
Discussion of Council Agenda
The invocation will be given by Pastor Throstur Thordarson of South Bend First Seventh-Day
Adventist Church.
Report from the Sub-Committee on Minutes regarding the minutes for the March 11, 2024,
September 12, 2022, and September 26, 2022 Common Council meetings .
There is no special business.
There are no reports from city offices.
The Committee of the Whole will hear Substitute Bill No . 02-24 (favorable recommendation from
the Zoning and Annexation Committee) and Bill No . 10-24 (favorable recommendation from the
Council Rules Committee).
The Full Council will give Substitute Bill No . 02-24 and Bill No . 10-24 a third (3 rd ) reading.

The Full Council will hear Bill N o. 24-08 (favorable recommendation from the Community
Investment Committee) and Bill N o. 24-09 (favorable recommendation from the Community
Investment Committee).
After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill No . 18-
24 to the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd )
reading on April 8, 2024.
After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill N o. 19-
2 4 to the South Bend Planning Commission on April 18, 2024 and to the Zoning and Annexation
Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd ) reading on April 22, 2024.
After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill N o. 20-
24 to the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd )
reading on April 22, 2024.
After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill N o. 2 1-
24 to the Personnel and Finance Committee for a public hearin g and third (3 rd ) reading on April 8,
2024 .
The Council will be asked to share any unfinished business .

There will be a privilege of the floor , and then the meeting will be adjourned.
