Council President Sharon McBride called to order the Informal meeting at 5 :46 p .m.
Discussion of Council Agenda
There is no special business.
There are no reports from city offices.
The Committee of the Whole will hear Bill No. 11-24 (favorable recommendation from the Zoning
and Annexation Committee), Bill No. 13-24 (favorable recommendation from the Personnel and
Finance Committee), Bill No. 14-24 (favorable recommendation from the Personnel and Finance
Committee), Bill No. 15-24 (favorable recommendation from the Personnel and Finance
Committee), and Substitute Bill No. 16-24 (favorable recommendation from the Personnel and
Finance Committee). Substitute Bill No. 02-24 was tabled until March 25, 2024 .
The Full Council will give Bill No. 11-24, Bill No. 13-24, Bill No. 14-24 , Bill No. 15-24, and
Substitute Bill No. 16-24 a third (3 rd ) reading.

The Full Council will hear Bill No. 24-04 (favorable recommendation from the Community
Investment Committee), Bill No. 24-05 (favorable recommendation from the Community
In vestment Committee), Bill No. 24 -06 (favorable recommendation from the Community
Investment Committee), and Bill N o. 24-0 7 (favorable recommendation from the Community
Relations Committee).
Bill No. 1 7-24 will be gi ven a first (!5 1) reading .
The Council will be asked to share any unfinished business .

There will be a privilege of the floor, and then the meeting will be adjourned.
