Report from the Sub-Committee on Minutes regarding the minutes for the June 13, 2022, June 27, 2022, October 10, 2022, November 28, 2022, and December 12, 2022 Common Council meetings. There is no special business. There are no reports from city offices. The Committee of the Whole will hear Bill No. 01-24 (favorable recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation Committee), Bill No . 03-24 (favorable recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation Committee), and Bill No. 04-24 (favorable recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation Committee). Bill No. 02-24 was tabled until March 11, 2024 , Bill No . 10-24 was tabled until March 25, 2024, and Bill No. 12-24 was tabled until March 11, 2024. There are no resolutions. After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill No . 13- 24 to the Personnel and Finance Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd ) reading on March 11, 2024. After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill N o. 14- 24 to the Personnel and Finance Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd ) reading on March 11, 2024. Update and Announcements Councilmember Dr. Oli ver Davis requested the vote regarding the Common Council meeting minutes be separated between the new and old minutes.
