Report from the Sub-Committee on Minutes regarding the minutes for the January 8, 2024 Common Council meeting . There is no special business . There are no reports from city offices . The Committee of the Whole will hear Bill No. 05-24 (favorable recommendation from the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee). The Full Council will give Bill N o. 05-24 a third (3 rd ) reading . After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill No . 0 7- 24 to the Board of Zoning Appeals on Feburary 5, 2024 , and to the Zoning and Annexation Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd ) reading on February 12 , 2024 . After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill No . 08- 24 to the Board of Zoning Appeals on Feburary 5, 2024 , and to the Zoning and Annexation Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd ) reading on February 12, 2024. After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill No . 09- 24 to the Community Investment Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd ) reading on February 12, 2024. The Council will be asked to share any unfinished business . The Council will be asked to share any new business. There will be a privilege of the floor , and then the meeting will be adjourned. Update and Announcements In February, the Council will begin having a caucus following the committee meetings. 2024 Official Common Council/City Clerk Photos Photos will be taken immediately following the adjournment of the Informal meeting.
