Council President Sharon McBride called to order the Informal meeting at 5:26 p.m.
Discussion of Council Agenda
The invocation will be given by Pastor Canneth Lee.
Report from the Sub-Committee on Minutes regarding the minutes for the January 2, 2024
organizational meeting .
The Committee of the Whole will hear Bill No. 83-23 (favorable recommendation from the
Zoning and Annexation Committee) and Bill No. 86-23 (favorable recommendation from the
Zoning and Annexation).
The Full Council will give Bill No . 83-23 and Bill No . 86-23 a third (3 rd ) reading.
The Full Council will hear Substitute Bill No . 24-01 (favorable recommendation from the
Community Investment Committee) and Bill No . 24-02 (favorable recommendation from the
Community Investment Committee).

24 to the Planning Commission on January 16, 2024 , and to the Zoning and Annexation
Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd ) reading on January 22, 2024 .
After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill No. 02-
24 to the Planning Commission on January 16, 2024 , and to the Zoning and Annexation
Committee for a public hearing and third (3 rd ) reading on January 22, 2024.
After a first (1 st) reading , Council President McBride will entertain a motion to send Bill No . 03-
24 to the Planning Commission on January 16, 2024 , and to the Zoning and Annexation
