for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consider';
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Real Estate in St. Joseph County,
in the State of Indiana , described as follows:
A part of Lot No. 29 as shown on the recorded
plat of Wenger & Krieghbaum's First Addition
to the City of South Bend, which part is bounded
by a line running as follows, viz:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said lot,
thence running West on the North line thereof a
distance of 9.5 feet, thence South 58 feet,
thence West 19 feet, thence South 74 feet to the
South line of said lot, thence East 28.5 feet to
the Southeast corner of said lot, thence North
132 feet to the place of beginning, more commonly
known as 612 E. Ohio.
Subject to all taxes, conditions and easements
that are found of record.
