at a point on the East line of said Section 26 one hundred fifty
(150) feet South of the Northeast Corner of the Southeast quarter
of said Section 26, which point is also the Southeast Corner of a
tract heretofore conveyed by Grantor to the Grantee by Warranty
Deed dated Jan. 20, 1966 and recorded April 5, 1967 in Deed Record
686, page 457; thence South along the East line of said Section 26
a distance of ninety (90) feet; thence West parallel with the East-
West centerline of said Section 26 a distance of one -hundred -fifty
(150) feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said Section
26 a distance of ninety (90) feet to the Southwest corner of the
said tract heretofore conveyed; thence East along the South Side of
said tract heretofore conveyed one -hundred -fifty (150) feet to the
place of beginning.
Subject to taxes for the year 1970 due and payable in the year 1971,
which shall be pro -rated to the date hereof.
Subject also to all easements of record and to public highways.
