DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY
The undersigned,
being the legal owners of the following described real estate situate
in South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to -wit:
Starting at a point on the east line
of the Southeast one quarter (SE 1/4)
of Section 5, Township 37 North, Range
3 East, St. Joseph County, Indiana,.
726 feet north of the southeast corner

west 20 feet to the existing west right-

of beginning; thence due North along the

street. If said Property shall ever cease to be used as a public street, it shall
revert to LNC Development Corporation,
