Stewart, respectfully shows to the ing with regard to the above captioned matter: 1. That he is attorney for the Petitioner, South Bend Range Corporation. 2. That there is attached hereto and made a part hereof a true and complete photocopy of the Dedication of a certain 14-foot alley plus additional footage added thereto for the purpose of a turn- around as required by the Board, which Dedication was duly re(;erded in miscellaneous Record 244 at pages 354, 355, and 356 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph county, Indiana on the 5th day of December 1968. 3. That there has been constructed an alley approach on Cherry Street where the new alley dedicated by your petitioner inter- sects that street. 4. That the newly dedicated alley has been made passable for motor vehicles in accordance with the requirements communicated to your Petitioner by the Board. 5. That there is attached hereto and made a part hereof a true and complete photocopy of a Certificate of Survey by Raymond J. Lang, a registered professional civil engineer, which survey includes the dedicated alley referred to herein and is dated October 24, 1968.
