This indenture witnesseth that STUDEBAKER-PACKARD CORPORATION,
a Michigan corporation, with its principal offices at South Bend, Indiana
quitclaims to the City of South Bend, Indiana for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration the receipt whereof, is
herebyacknowledged, the following real estate in St. Joseph County in the

peared B. A. Burlingame and Melvin L. MJ ' lligan, II, to me personally
known, who being by me sworn did say that they' e -the Vice President 6 Comptroller
and Secretary,respectively,of Studebaker -Packard Corporation, the corpora-
tion named in and which executed the within instrument, and that the seal
affixed to said Deed is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said
Deed was signed and sealed in and on behalf of said corporation by autliority
of its Board of Directors; and the said B. A. Burlingame and Melvin L.
Milligan, 11 acknowledged the execution of the foregoing Deed to be their
free and voluntary act and deed on behalf of said corporation.
