South Sixty-six (66) feet, more or less, to the South line of said Lot
Numbered 24; thence East Ten (10) feet on the South line of said Lot Num-
bered 24; thence North Sixty-six (66) feet, more or less, to the North
line of said Lot Numbered 24; thence West Ten (10) feet on the North line
of said Lot Numbered 24, to the place of beginning.
Subject to all taxes and assessments, and subject to all zoning ordinances
of the City of South Bend, and subject to all easements, covenants and
restrictions of record.
