COMMISSIONERS' DEED
�R('It�li KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that KEITH A. KLOPPENSTEIN,
CLARENCE R. KELLEY and JERRY J. MILLER, Members of the Board of
County Commissioners of St. Joseph County, Indiana, for the receipt
of valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, do
hereby release, quit -claim, transfer and convey to the CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, the following described real estate located in St.
Joseph County, State of Indiana, to -wit:
A tract of land in the Northwest Quarter of Section 33,
Township 38 North, Range 2 East, St. Joseph County, Indiana;
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 195.18 feet north and 20.00 feet

of a 35-00 foot radius curve to the right; thence south-
easterly on and along said 35-00 foot radius curve to the

57.969 feet, an are distance of 68.303 feet to a point on the
west line of Sheridan Avenue; thence N0012915911W on and along
said west line of Sheridan Avenue, a distance of 101.680 feet
to the place of beginning. Said tract contains 65,250 square
feet (1-50 Acres) more or less.
Subject to restrictions and easements of record, if any
exist, and to the following conditions:
1. The City of South Bend, through Industrial Foundation,
Inc. of South Bend, Indiana, shall bear the expense of install-
ing a right of way fence along the northern and western
boundary of the proposed dedication.
2. The City of South Bend shall grade and improve a
24 foot asphaltic concrete pavement within this right of way.

voluntary act for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
