IN CONSIDERATION of the payment Of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned, STATE WIDE ALUMINUM PRODUCTS., INC.,
hereby gives and grants to the City of South Bend, Indiana, a
municipal corporation, for vehicular and pedestrian use by members
of the public, an easement over the following described land in
the City of South Bend., County of St. Joseph., State of Indiana:
Beginning 136.91 feet North on the West line of
South Main Street from the Northeast corner of
;2 Lot No. I Eckman's Oakside Addition South Bend
4,;:,z Indiana; thence South 44 degrees 43 minutes West

No. 1; thence West 14 feet to the Easterly line

South along the said West line 34.11 feet to place
of beginning.
An appropriate curb cut and suitable gravel surface shall
be provided by the Grantor for the vehicular and pedestrian ease-
ment over the above described property.

caused these presents to be duly signed and its corporate seal af-
fixed hereto, respectively by Louie H. Baird., as its President., and
C. Thomas Wilson
as its Secretary, pursuant to authority
