The undersigned Grantors do hereby convoy and dedicate to the
ITY OF SOUTH BEND for the use of the public as a public alley
and right of way (including drainage and all public "utility uses)
the following described land in the CITY OF SOUTH BENDr St.
Joseph County, Indiana, to wit:
The Northerly 14 feet of Lot Numbered 89 of the
South Bend Industrial Addition and extending to a North
and South alley at the Westerly end thereof and to
Phillipa Street at the Easterly end thereof.
