described real estate located in the County of St. Joseph, State of
Indiana, to-witt
A parcel of land located in the Southwest one-
quarter'(1/4) of the Northeast one -quarter (1/4) of
Section Thirty-three (33 0 Township Thirty-eight
(38) North, Range Two (21 East, described as followst
Beginning at a point on the West line of said
Northeast one -quarter (1/4) of said Section Thirty-
three (33) which is �ne Hundred Ninety-five and
Eightees 5.18 feet'Nor'th of the Center
of Sectn hundradthion Thirty-thri i; thence East a distance
Of Two Hundred Twenty-eight (228.0) feet; thence
South a distance of Sixty (60.0) feet; thence West a
distance of Two Hundred Twebty-eight (228.0 feet
to the West line of said Northeast quarter �1f4) of
said Section Thirty-three (33) ; thence North along
the said West line a distance of Sixty (60.0) feet
to the place of beginning,
AND, WHEREAS, it is desirable that the said real estate
be accepted as and for a public highway and thoroughfare within the
City limits of South Bend, Indiana.
accept the said dedication of the above described real
estate as and for a public highway and thoroughfare in
said City and does hereby cause its approval to be en-
dorsed thereon; said public thoroughfare to be known as
"Progres's Drive".

Indiana, hereby petitions this honorable body as follows!
1. That it adopt the proposed resolution which is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, so
as to accept and approve the dedication of a certain public thorough-
fare, to be known as Progress Drive, in the City of South Bend,
Indiana, described in said resolution, and whose location Is shown
on a survey, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
11-B" and made a part hereof .
2. And that it endorse its approval of that dedication
upon the undersigned's instrument of Dedication of a Public Highway,
which instrument is submitted herewith; and a copy of which is
attached hereto and marked Exhibit "C" and made a part hereof.
