We, -the undersigned, owners in fee simple of:the real
estate hereinafter described, give and grant a ten (10') foot
�agbtiibnt Last of the Ivest oroverty line of said real estate
and dedicate the same to the City of South Bend, Indiana for
the construction of public utilities:
A part of the West one half (Wj) of the Northeast
one quarter (NI;) of Section fifteen (15) in township
number thirty-seven (37) north, Range two (2) east,
bounded by a line running as follows: Commencing in
the east line of Olive Street in the city of South
Bend at a point eighteen hundred sixty-six (1866)
feet south of, and thirty (30) feet east of the
northwest corner of said northeast quarter:
Thence East five hundred (500) feet.
Thence South two hundred one and 8/10th (201.8) feet
to the north line of a strip of land 100 feet wide,
sold to The Oliver Corporation on June 6, 1951, now
used for a Railroad Right of Way.
Thence west five hundred (500) feet along the north
line of the above mentioned railroad Right of Way,
to the east line of Olive Street.
Thence north two hundred one and 8/10ths (201.8)
feet along the East line of -Olive Street to the
place of beginning.

follows: Beginning on the East line of olive Street
in the City of South Bend at a point 1766 feet South
and 30 feet East of the Northwest corner of the North-
east � of said section Number 15; running thence East
500 feet; thence South 100 feet; thence West 500 feet
to the East line of said Olive Street; thence North
100 feet to the place of beginning,
Parcel II: Part of the West Half (J) of the North-
east ;Quarter (14) of Section 15, Towniship 37 North,
Range 2 East, bounded by a line running as follows,
viz: Beginning on the East line of Olive Street in
the City of South Bend at a point 1716 feet South
and 30 feet East of the Northwest corner of the
Northeast 4 of said Section Number 15; running thence
East 250 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence West
250 feet to the East line of said Olive Street; thence
North on the East line of Olive Street, 50 feet to
the place of beginning.
