municipal corporation,
Of St.Joseph County in the State of Indiana
for and in consideration of
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St.Joseph County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:
A part of the South 103.5 feet of Lot 4 in Kunstman's
2nd Addition, described as follows:
Beginning on the West line of Lot 4, 74.88 feet
South of the Northwest corner of the South 103.5 feet
of Lot 4; thence North 74.88 feet along said West line
to said Northwest corner; thence East 45.54 feet along
the North line of the South 103.5 feet of Lot 4 to the
Northeast corner of said South 103.5 feet of Lot 4;
thence South 23.00 feet along the East line of Lot 4;
thence Southwesterly 68.87 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2,229 square feet, more or less.
The consideration for the foregoing transfer being
less than $100.00, no U.S. Documentary Stamps are
attached.
