The Base Bid is demolition of three sets of outbuildings along with cleanup of existing debris left over from the demolition of the former administrative offices. Alternate 1 is the added cost to seal existing openings (doors, windows, overhead doors) on the ground floor of the Bottling House. Alternate 2 is the added cost to replace the remainder of the north -south fence forming the east border of Muessel Grove Park. (Approx. 450 Ift. of removal and replacement.) This contract does not include demolition of the smokestack, siloes, or Bottling House.
