Update seats and add a second deck to stadium with more suites, restrooms and party decks – approximately 50% more capacity

Timeline
Bond closing June 2024
Project is in the engineering phase with the public bidding process starting June 2024
Construction will begin in Fall 2024 and will be complete mid-2026

$45M construction lease rental revenue bond
No new taxes
Paid utilizing Expanded PSCDA fund, which are taxes that were previously sent to the State but are now staying locally to support the Four Winds Field and Morris Performing Arts Center
