DEDICATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN by ti-jese presents that the undersigned, BELLEVILLE
INVESTMENT COMPANY, INC., an Indiana corporation, for,the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar and other valuable considerations, including but not limited to the
acceptance hereof by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, does hereby grarrL a"d,
Indiana, 0 its successors, assigns, lessees, and contractors, an easement for
the purpose of constructing and/or maintaining a public utility including,
but not limited to, the sanitary sewers together with -the right to repair,
replace and renew said utilities, and which utility easement shall be -through
the property of the undersigned, of which -the undersigned is lawfully seized
and which utility easement is more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land located in the Southeast Quarter GO of
See -Lion 8, Township 37 North, Range 2 Last, South Bend,
Indiana,
Beginning at a point on the Last line of Mayflower Road at
-the Northwest corner of Lol�,786)as shown on -the recorded
plat of Belleville Unit 'IF ion -to -the City of
South Bend, Indiana; thence East along the North line of
said plat of Belleville Unit 'IF,' to a point on the West
line of Summit Drive at -the Northeast corner of Lot #807
as shown on -the Recorded Plat of Belleville Unit 'IF";
thence North 24 feet along -the West line of Summit Drive;
-thence West along a line parallel with the North line of
said plat of Belleville Unit 'IF" to a point on -the East
line of Mayflower Road; -thence South 2q feet -to -the place
of beginning,
Reserving unto the undersigned, Belleville Investment Company, Inc., its
grantees, devisees, assigns, successors, agents and invitees, the right of
ingress, egress and access over, along, across and through the above de-
scribed utility easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, -the undersigned has caused this dedication to
be signed by its duly authorized officers -this 30th day of December, 1966.
