knowledged, hereby dedicate to the CITY OF SOUTH BLND, INDIANA as
a Storm Sewer Eassnent, a parcel of land loca.tod in the 14orthwest
Quarter of Section 13, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, of the
Second Principal Meridian, City Of South Bond, St. JOSCPh County,
Indiana, for the construction and maintonance of a 43--inch Storm

37 of Oakland Park Addition than nine feet (91) westerly therefrom;
and further, that the present and/or future owners of said seven -
foot (71) wide Easement shall have the right to construct a build-
ing or other improvements on, over, or across said Easement and the
proposed Storm Sewer, providing said possible Construction does not
endanger or damage, or prevent maintenance of, the Sewer and that
any building or other improvement shall meet the applicable Stand-
aids, zoning, etc. of the City of South Bend, Indiana at the time
when such improvement is proposed; said -parcel being further de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north right-of-way line of
NoTthside 3oulevard, seven feet (P) westerly from and measured at
a right angle to the west line of Lot DO. 37 of ONUan6 Park Ad-
dition; thence running northwesterly along the northerly line of
Noithside Boulevard to a point on said northerly Tight -of -way line
and fourteen feet (141) westerly of and measured at a right angle
to the west line of said Lot No. 37; thence northerly along a line
fourteen feet (141) westerly from and parallel to the west line Of
Lots No. 29, 30, 32, 35, 36 and 37, to the centerline of Hildreth
Street extended westerly; thence easterly seven feet (7') along
the contorline of Bildreth Street extended westerly; thence south-
erly from a point on the centerline of Hildreth Street, along a
line seven feet (71) westerly from and parallel to the west line of
Lots No. 29, 30, 32, 35, 36 and 37, to the point of beginning.
