EASEMENT
For and in consideration of the sum of One ($ 1. 00) Dollar and
other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the undersigned hereby grants to the City of South Bead, Indiana, a per -

lands hereinafter described for the construction and maintenance of
utilities, sewers and water mains.
The land affected by the grant of this easement and right of
way is located in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, and is more par-
ticularly described as follows:
Part of Lot "A" in the revised Plat of Broadmoor,
Third Section, an Addition, to the City of South Bend,
which part is described as follows:
Beginning at a point that is One Hundred Eighty (180)
feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot "A"
and on the South line of Alpine Drive, thence South
Ninety (90) degrees for a distance of Thirty -Eight
(38) feet, thence East Ninety (90) degrees for a dis-
tance of Four Hundred Twenty (420) feet, thence
North Ninety (90) degrees for a distance of Twenty
(20) feet, thence East Ninety (90) degrees for a dis-
tance of Two Hundred Seventy-nine and Seventy-
eight Hundredths (279. 78) feet to the East line of
Lot "A", thence Northerly along the East line of
Lot "A" for a distance of One Hundred Nine and
Seventy Hundredths (109. 70) feet to the South line
of Alpine Drive, the -ace Westerly along the South
line of Alpine Drive to the point of beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The First Bank and Trust Company
of South Bend, as Trustee,
made and entered into on the 20th day of April, 1951, (which Trust
Agreement is recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 115 at pages 162-
166 in the office of the Recorder c
