The Belleville Investment Company, Inc. hereby dedicates, to the Civil
City of South Band, St. Joseph County, Indiana, the following described
real estate:
"Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 10, Township
37 North Range 2 East; thence on an assumed bearing of South
1 degree and 7 minutes East along the West line of said Section
10, 399.35 feet to the Northerly line of Linden Avenue; thence
