The October 2, 1991, Special Meeting of the Redevelo~.~t Authority was
called to order at 4:18 P.M. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski. There
was a quor~un present .

a. Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Thursday, September 12,
1991.
Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gamnage and unarasly
carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of
Thursday, September 12, 1991.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Staff report on acquisition of ,property in the Airport Economic
Development Area.
There was no report at this time.
b. Authority approval requested for Residential Lease with Rita Freel
for property located at 24269 Old Cleveland Road in the Airport
ECOnCmiC Develogrn~zt Area.
Mrs. Kolata noted that this lease is required because Rita Freel is a
tenant in the property the Authority purchased from John Wendt and
• Sons. The provisions under the lease are that she would continue to
pay $250 per month, the same as she paid to Mr. Wendt, beginning
October 1, 1991. The term of the lease is September 17, 1991 to
December 31, 1991.

Mr. Fewell asked if Nls. Freel has paid the rent due October 1. Mrs.
Kolata responded that she did not know if the rent was paid, but it
has been explained to Nls. Freel that any rent not paid will be
deducted fran her relocation benefits.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gamnage, seconded by lam'. Fewell and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Residential Lease with Rita Freel
for property located at 24269 Old Cleveland Road in the Airport
ECOnaniC Developtreazt Area.
b. Authority approval requested for Residential Lease with Richard
Bradford and Helen Bradford for property located at 5821 W. Old
Cleveland Road in the Airport Econanic Develogrnszt Area.
Mrs. Kolata noted that this lease was signed by the Bradforrls at
their real estate closing. The terms of the lease are that the
Bradfords may live rent free at the property from September 21, 1991
through April 30, 1992.
Upon a motion by Mr. Gaimsge, seconded by Mr. Fewell and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the Residential Lease with Richard
Bradford and Helen Bradford for property located at 5821 W. Old
Cleveland Road in the Airport EconaniC Devela~xrent Area.

Upon a motion by Mr. Gamnage, seconded by Mr. Fewell and unanimously
carried, the Authority approved the claims sutmitted for paytrent.
5.
There being no further business to care before the RedeveloXxrent
Authority, Mr. Fewell made a motion that the meeting be adjourned. Mr.
Gamnage seconded the motion and the meeting was adjourned at 4:25 P.M.
