COLPAERT REALTY CORPORATION, an Indiana Corporation, by
duly authorized officers, hereby certifies that the annexed map is a
true and accurate representation of a portion of the street known as
Sheridan Avenue south of Sample Street, located in the city of South
Bend, County of St. Joseph, State of Indiana, to wit:
A tract of land located in the Northwest 1/4
of Section 16, Township 37 North, Range 2 East,
South Bend, Indiana, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of Sample
Street 40 feet south and 127 feet west of the
Northeast corner of said Northwest 1/4 of Section
16; thence South parallel with the East line of said
Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, 1278.97 feet to the
South line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 16; thence West along said South
line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 16, 80 feet; thence North parallel with',
said East line of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16,,�,
1278.93 feet to said South line of Sample Street;
thence East along said South line of Sample Street,
80 feet to the place of beginning.
The above described parcel of real estate is hereby dedicated
as a street to the use of the public for the uses and purposes of a
public highway.
