KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, IRVIN F.
SIKORSKI and GERTRUDE E. SIK0RSK19 husband and wife, of South Bend
St. Joseph County, Indiana do hereby and by these presents dedicate
to public use and grant to the Municipal City of South Bend,
Indiana, for public use the following described real estate in
South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit:
A strip or parcel of land fourteen (14t) feet in width
North and South taken off of and from the entire North
side of South eighty (801) feet of Lot One Thousand and
Nine (1009), as shown on the recorded Plat of LaSalle _..
Park Second Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana.
This grant and dedication is made expressly for the use
of the public and is further on the express condition that if pub\
lic use thereof shall ever be discontinued by action of the Common
Council of the City of South Bend or the said public use vacated by
proper action, then and in such event, the use thereof and any fur-
ther rights by virtue of this grant and dedication shall revert to
the grantors herein, their heirs or assigns.
