OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
The undersigned property owner in the City of South Bend.,
Indiana, hereby petitions this honorable body as follows:
1. That it adopt the proposed resolution which is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "All and made a part hereof, so
as to accept and approve the dedication of a certain public thorough-
f'are, to be known as Progress Drive, in the City of South Bend,
Indiana, described in said resolution, and whose location is shown
on a survey, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit
"B" and made a part hereof'.
2. And that it endorse its approval of that dedication
upon the undersigned's instrument of Dedication of a Public Highway,
which instrument is submitted herewith; and a copy of which is
attached hereto and marked Exhibit "C" and made a part hereof.

has, by its duly constituted officers executed and delivered to this
Board for approval a certain instrument whereby it dedicates to the
public, for use as a public highway and throughfare, the following
described real estate located in the County of St. Joseph, State of
Indiana, to -wit:
A parcel of land located in the Southwest one -
quarter (1/4) of the Northeast one -quarter (1/4) Of
Section Thirty-three (33), Township Thirty-eight
(38) North, Range Two (2) East, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Nest line of said
Northeast one -quarter (1/4) of said Section Thirty-
three (33) which is One Hundred Ninety-five and
Eighteen hundredths (195.18) feet Nox-th or ttx� 0,arO�
of Section Thirty-three (33); thence East a distance
of Two Hundred Twenty-eight (228.0) feet; thence

by and through its Board of public Works, does hereby
accept the said dedication of the above described real
estate as and for a public highway and thoroughfare in
said city and does hereby cause its approval to be en-
dorsed thereon; said public thoroughfare to be known as
"Progress Drive".
