easement of right-of-way for pedestrain travel and traffic for
public use, upon and across the following land lying and being
situated in the City of South Bead, St. Joseph Coanty, State of
Indiana, to-%,;;
A parcel of land described as being five (5) feet,
'Worth and South, off of the entire South sided of
Numbered One Huadred Eighty-eight (188) and five (5)
feet North and South off of the entire North side of
Lot Runbered One Hundred Eighty-ni.ne (189) in Scotts-
dale addition, Section "D", to the City of South Bend.
To have and to hold the said easement of right-of-way unto the,
said City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana for a
pedestrian right-of-way for the use of the public, and the I
Grantor hereby dedicates its interest in said strip of land
to public use for such purposes.

sideration of One (1) Dollar and other good and valuable con-
siderations, paid by the Civil City Of South Bend, St. Joseph
County, State of Indiana, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, do hereby give, grant and quit claim to the
CIVIL CITY OF SOUTJJ BEND,
of St. Joseph County, in the State of Indiana, a ten (10) foot
easement of right-of-way for pedestrain travel and traffic for
public use, upon and across the following land lying and 'being
