GRANT
OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN By THESE PRESENTS:
That Al Nall & Assoc., Inc., an Indiana Corporation, does
hereby grant to the City of South Bend, Indiana, for and in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considera-
tion, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, a permanent
easement for the installation, repair, inspection, maintenance,
and replacement of a sewer in, under and over the following
described real estate located in St. Joseph County, State of
Indiana, to wit:
A fifteen foot wide strip of land, with the
following described centerline:
Commencing at a point 501.65 feet due south
of, and 664-95 feet Easterly of the North
West corner of Sec. 31, T37K R3E, St. Joseph
County, Indiana; thence N 89649t4l" E a dis-
tance of 541.51 feet; thgmce S 24015134" E
208.63 feet� thence S 0001011911 E 168.04 feet;
thence S 03 17148" E 372.74 feet to a point
3.75 feet North of the North property line of
Crest Manor 4th Addition, (proposed) and
1314.16 feet East of the centerline of Miami
Road. (West line of Sec 31)
And; a 7.5 feet wide strip of land with the
following described centerline:
Commencing at a point 1306.66 feet East of
the West line of Section 31, T37N, R3E, in
St. Joseph County, Indiana and 3.75 North of
the North property line of Crest Manor 4th
Addition (proposed) and proceeding easterly
3.75 feet North of, and parallel to said
Crest Manor 4th Addition North line a dis-
tance of 408.21 feet.
Said City of South Bend, Indiana, and its agents and assigns,
are also hereby granted the right to travel over the area covered
by the aforementioned easement at any times hereafter for the
installation, repair, inspection, maintenance and replacement of
any sewer existing in such easement area.
