Wilbur Street, thence south along the east right of way
line of Wilbur Street a distance of four hudred thirty
(4301) feet; thence due east five (51) feet; thence north
a distance of four hundred thirty (4301) feet along a
line parallel to the east right of way line of Wilbur Street
to a point in the south right of way line of Vassar; thence
west five (51) feet to the point of beginning.
The conveyance herein being a gift, no ducumentary tax
stamps are required.
