The Contractor covenants and agrees to make the following improvement, as fully set out in the Request for Quotations, Standard Specifications, Special Provisions, Plans, and Bid Proposals, all of which are set forth as a part of this Contract, for: DESCRIPTION: O’BRIEN CENTER GYM FLOOR REPAIR COMPLETION DATE: SEE SPECIFICATIONS AMOUNT: $19,890 FUNDING: PR-00031907 The unit prices for this improvement were those prices as received and accepted by the Board in the month January of 2024.
