THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the undersigned is the owner
of the following described real estate, situate in the City of South Bend, St.
Joseph County, State of Indiana, and more particularly ,de scribed as follows,
to -wit:
A strip of land Sixty (60) feet in width, beginning at a
point on the West line of Taylor Street as described in
Dedication Resolution No. '66" dated
