A STRIP OF LAND FOURTEEN (14) FEET IN WIDTH TO X,
ADDED TO THE WEST SIDE OF TAYLOR STREET, AND TO
FORM A PART OF SAID THOROUGHFARE IN THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, STATE OF INDIANA
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the undersigned is the owner
of the following described real estate, situate in the City of South Bend, St.
Joseph County, State of Indiana, and more particularly described as follows,

Beginning at the intersection of the South line of
Western Avenue and the West line of Taylor Street;
