The undersigned., being the legal owners of the following
described real estate situate in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana,,
and more particularly described as follows, -to wit:
Beginning at a point on the West line of Bendix
Drive, that is Forty (4o) feet South and Tv7enty (20)
feet West of the Southeast corner of Section Thirty-
three (33) Township Thirty-eight (38) North, Range
Two (2,) Best, said point being the intersection of the
South line of Elwood Avenue and the West line of Bendix
Drive, thence South along the West line of Bendix Drive
a distance of Eight Hundred Fourteen and Forty-four Hundredths
(814.44) feet more or less to the Northerly line of Lincoln

Way West, thence Northwesterly along the Northerly line of
Lincoln Way West, a distance of Twenty-one and Fifty-seven
Hundredths (21-57) feet thence North, parallel to the West
line of Bendix Drive a distance of Eight Hundred Six and
Thirty-seven Hundredths (806.37) feet more or less to the
South line of Elwood Avenue, thence East along -the South
line of Elwood Avenue TgrerrUy (20) feet to *the point of
beginning, hereby dedicate said tract as shown on the
attached plat to the public for use as a public street.
