recorded Plat of Daniel Garst's First Addition to the City
of South Bend, described as follows: Beginning at a point
15 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot Numbered
217; thence North 25 feet; thence East 85 feet to the East
line of said Lot Numbered 214; thence South 25 feet; thence
West along the South line of said Lots Numbered 214, 215, 216
and 217, 85 feet to the ,place of beginning.
The consideration for this deed being less than $100.00, no
federal documentary stamps are affixed hereto.
