Gentlemen:
There is enclosed herewith Warranty Deed from
Place and Company, Inc. to the City of South Bend,
Indiana, covering two parcels of real estate to be
used for street purposes.
There is also enclosed herewith drawing dis-
closing these two parcels. They are shown in red
thereon.
By inadvertence there was an omission to dedicate
these two parcels for street purposes when the Plat of
Twyckenham Hills, Section "G" was recorded.

the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St. Joseph County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:

Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 303, Twyckenham Hills, Sec-
tion "G11; thence southeasterly along a curve 15.27 feet to the
northeasterly corner of Lot 391, Twyckenham Hills, Section "1111;
thence south 85 degrees 19 minutes east 73.83 feet to the northwest
corner of Lot 390, Twyckenham Hills, Section "H"; thence northwest-
erly 19 feet or more along a curve to the southwest corner of Lot
316 of said Twyckenham Hills, Section "G"; thence westerly 68.28 fe
to the southeast corner of Lot 303, Twyckenham Hills, Section IV',
the place of beginning.
