The August 30, 1991, Special Meeting of the Redevela~ment Authority was
called to order at 2:30 P.M. by its President, Joseph Wroblewski.
There was a quoriun present .

a. Ax~groval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of Nbnday, July 15, 1991.
Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr. Gamnage and unanimo<asly
carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Special Meeting of
Nbnday, July 15, 1991.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Staff report on acquisition of property in the Airport Economic
Developxnetlt Area.
Mrs. Kolata reported that the staff has received a counter offer in
the amrnuzt of $158,250 from Aileen Borough, David Borough and Richard
Borough for Parcel G in the Airport Ecananic Developanent Area. The
staff recam~ends accepting the offer.
Upon a motion by Mr. Fewell, seconded by Mr.'Gammage and measly
carried, the Authority accepted the counter offer in the amount of
$158,250 for Parcel G in the Airport Economic Devela~ar~ent Area.
• Mrs. Kolata reported that the staff has received a counter offer in
the amount of $135,500 from Gere Wendt an behalf of Wendt and Sons

The next Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority is scheduled for
Sept~nber 5, 1991 at 10:30 A.M.
6. ADJOURI~TT
There being no further business to care before the Authority, Mr. Gamnage
made a mptian that the meeting be adjourned. Mr. Fewell seconded the
motian and the meeting was adjourned at 2:36 P.M.
