WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE wiTNEssETH THAT THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
by and Through its Board of Public Works, pursuant to a contract
executed by such Board of Public Works and The Board of Commissioners
of St® Joseph County, Indiana, May 25, 1953, and ratified by an
ordinance duly adopted by the Common Council of the City of South
Bend, Indiana, on June 22, 19531 CONVEYS AND WARRANTS TO ST.
JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA, for and in consideration of One (�1-00)
dollar and the mutual promises and agreements of the parties to
said agreement, the following real estate in St® Joseph County,

Zero degrees and Five Minutes West (SO 05tw)
of a point which is described as being Five Hundred
Forty-seven and Soven Tenths (547.7) feet East of
the intersection of Mishawaka Avenue and Greenlawn
Avenue on the Northeast Quarter (NE -,I) of Section
Eighteen (18 ; Township Thirty-seven (37) North,
Range Three �3) East, thence Nor�h Eighty-eight
