The United States acquired said property as part of a condemnation pr6666df4
Case #2077 in the United States District Court of Northern Indiana, South Bend
Division.
No member of or Delegate to Congress or Resident Commissioner shall be entitled
to any share or part of this conveyance nor to any benefit that may arise therefrom.
In witness whereof, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the Public
Housing Administration has on this 17th day of July , 1957, caused
these presents to be duly executed for and in its name by Hugo C. Schwartz
, Assistant Regional Director, Management and Disposition, of the Public
Housing Administration, and the official seal of said Public Housing Administration
to be hereunto affixed.
