CASIMER NOWACKI AND IRENE NOWACKI, husband and wife,
hereby certify that the annexed map is a true representation of the following
described real estate which includes a strip of land for public alley purposes,
which is hereby dedicated to the public for the use and purposes of an alley;
all in St. Joseph County, Indiana, to -wit:
The East two-thirds, consisting of Forty-four (44) feet,,
more or less, of- a lot fronting on Division Street in the
North part of Bank Out Lot Number Ninety-two (92) of
fj: Second Plat of Out Lots in the Town, now City, of South
Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, which sub -lot
is described as beginning at a point in the South line of
Division Street two hundred ten (210) feet East of the inter-
section of said South line of Division Street and West line
of said Bank Out Lot Number Ninety-two (92), running
thence West along the South line of said Division Street,
to the Northeast corner of a 1. 20 acre tract of land
lately owned by Mary Ann Loring, thence South with the
East line of said tract to the Northerly line of the
right of way of the Grand Trunk Western Railway,
thence Northeasterly along the Northerly line of said
right of way to a point due South of the place of beginning,
thence North to the place of beginning.
Description of the strip of land to be dedicated is as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the above -described
property, thence southwesterly along the southwes-ce-r-ly
line of the above described property a distance of fifteen
feet (151); thence north fourteen feet (141); thence north-
easterly fifteen feet (151) along a line parallel to the
southeast line of the above described property; thence
South fourteen feet (141) to the point of beginning.
