the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in St. Joseph County
in the State of Indiana, to wit:

A parcel of land located in part of Byerly's Addition in the Southwest quarter
Sect , ion 14, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, of the 2d prime meridian,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the property lines of the east property
line of Prairie Avenue and the south property line of Indiana Avenue
which point is 30. 00 feet south of the centerline of Indiana Avenue and
32. 50 feet east of the centerline of Prairie Avenue; thence east along
the south property line of Indiana Avenue which said property line is
assumed to be due east a distance of 111. 00 feet; thence south 830 561
45" west a distance of 66. 37 feet which point is 7. 00 feet south of the
south property line of Indiana Avenue; thence south 810 081 4011 west
a distance of 54. 89 feet; thence north 210 041 0011 east a distance of
18. 00 feet along the east property line of Prairie Avenue to the place of
beginning.
