AFFIDAVIT IN AID OF TITLE
Comes now DONALD KAMBOL who, having been first duly sworn, upon
his oath alleges and says to whomsoever it may concern:
1. That he is forty-six (46) years of age, resides at 2217
Lincoinway West in the city of Mishawalta, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and
is the natural son of MALLO KAMBOL and FRANCES KAMBOL.
2. That his mother, the said FRANCES KAMBOL, died in St. Joseph
County, Indiana on the l6th day of April 1947; that at the time of her
death she was seventy-three (73) years of age.
3. That the marriage of the said MALLO KAMBOL and FRANCES
KAMBOL continued uninterruptedly until her death; that there was no estate
or other legal proceedings instituted at the time of her decease for the
reason that the value of her property was nominal, being far below the
monetary standard chargeable with state or federal inheritance taxes.
4. That this Affidavit is made for the sole purpose of aiding
title, and for no other reason.
