(40) rods along the North -South centerline of the Southeast Quarter (4) of
Section 32; thence West Twenty (20) rods; thence North Forty (40) rods to
a point on the East-West centerline of Section 32, thence East along said
East-West centerline a distance of Twenty (20) rods to the place of beginning
excepting therefrom a tract of land described as beginning at a point
Twenty-five (25) feet West of the Northeast corner of the West Half (2-) of
the Southeast Quarter (4) of said Section 32; running thence South parallel
with the East line of the West Half (-2) of the Southeast Quarter (4) of said
Section 32 a distance of Two Hundred Thirteen (213) feet; thence West
parallel with the North line of the Southeast Quarter (4) of said Section 32,
a distance of Eighty (80) feet; thence North Two Hundred Thirteen (213)
feet to a point on the North line of the Southeast Quarter (4) of said
Section 32 that is Eighty (80) feet West of the place of beginning; thence
East Eighty (80) feet to the place of beginning.
Subject to all taxes, assessments, and restrictions of record.
