THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH THAT LEO P. RIEDER and ESTEER HAGER RIEDER,
his wife, of the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, con-
vey and warrant to the CITY OF SOUTH BEND, in the County of St. Joseph, State
of Indiana, for the consideration hereinafter stated, the receipt of which is
hereby acimowledged, the following described real estate in St. Joseph County,
